Thursday, December 7 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM MSTColorado Mountain College Breckenridge, 107 Denison Placer Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424

Summit County Safe Passages (SCSP) is thrilled to extend an invitation to the media and our community for an upcoming event that promises to be both inspiring and educational. On Thursday, December 7, we are proud to host renowned author and conservation journalist Ben Goldfarb for an evening dedicated to conservation and connection. This special occasion will feature a captivating discussion with Goldfarb, whose advocacy for animal protection from road-related dangers has earned him acclaim. Alongside the discussion, we will also screen “Deer 139,” a compelling documentary on deer migration.

Goldfarb’s recent book, “Crossings: How Road Ecology is Shaping the Future of Our Planet,” has garnered widespread recognition for its commitment to wildlife preservation. We are excited to host him in Summit County, Colorado, and delve into the crucial topics of conservation and wildlife coexistence.
